5. Partnership Process

  1. Initial Inquiry: Potential partners submit an expression of interest via our website.

  2. Preliminary Screening: Our team reviews the inquiry against our basic criteria.

  3. Exploratory Meeting: If the initial screening is positive, we schedule a call to discuss potential collaboration.

  4. Formal Proposal: The potential partner submits a detailed proposal outlining the partnership's goals, activities, and resource commitments.

  5. Internal Evaluation: Our team assesses the proposal using the criteria outlined in Section 4.

  6. Decision and Notification: We communicate our decision to the potential partner, providing feedback regardless of the outcome.

  7. Partnership Agreement: If approved, we draft and sign a formal partnership agreement.

  8. Implementation: We collaboratively execute the partnership activities.

  9. Regular Review: We conduct quarterly reviews to assess progress and make necessary adjustments.

6. Expectations and Responsibilities

Both HealthEd for Everyone and our partners commit to:

  • Regular communication (at least monthly check-ins)

  • Timely execution of agreed-upon activities

  • Transparent sharing of relevant information and challenges
